template-toolkit will not work with appconfig 1.66

I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.

Message: ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides AppConfig version 1.56 for Template-Toolkit It appears AppConfig 1.66 is not recognized by Template-Toolkit. Is anyone else having this issue or found a way to make it work? Thanks, SAm
