I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.

How to access permissions on a registry key?
Hi, I've to write a perl script to know if the local users group has permissions on the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE'. How can I do this? Using regedit I can see this by right clicking on the key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE' and selecting 'Permissions', a window comes up which has the list of users and groups. Thanks in advance, hozy
