After installation in the process of interpreting PARSE-AFP (afpdump.pl),the comand prompt is prompting to install ENCODE 2.33.When i try to install ENCODE 2.33 the command prompt is prompting that enc2xs is not found.I am also not able to install .ucm file. I am using Activeperl 5.8.4. Kindly help me
