I'm trying to install the DBD-InterBase-0.44 module on my WinXP Pro machine with ActiveState 5.8.7 (Build 813). Running the provided Makefile.pl script first displays the correct path to my InterBase/Firebird bin directory but then hangs after that point. I have to kill the script (after giving it an hour). Any suggestions?
