OK, I give up. How do I install this module on Windows Vista? The readme file says to use make, but the GNU make utility returns the following error: make: *** No rule to make target `C:\Perl64\libConfig.pm', needed by `makefile'. Stop. I don't even know if I'm using the right make utility, whether I have the correct dependent modules installed, or even if I'm running this in the right directory.
