I wanted to build an awesome place for people to discuss module specific issues, but I don't have any more time for this, and there are much better places to discuss Perl-related issues. I'd recommend asking your question on Stack Overflow or on Perl Monks.
If you are looking for a Perl tutorial or Perl-related news, I hope these links will serve you well.
The CPAN Forum is a web forum for discussing Perl's CPAN modules - asking questions, making comments, helping other users, etc. This is not a forum for generic Perl questions- for those, please visit the helpful Perl Monks, the mailing lists on Learn Perl or find the local Perl Mongers. There are also subject specific mailing lists, a list of them is collected at Lists CPAN. For even more resources visit Perl.org.

Development

If you'd like to follow the development of this web site and the CPAN::Forum distribution on CPAN you should know the following things:

TODO

Read the TODO section in the README file directly from the repository.

Sponsorship, Development grants

Instead of sponsoring the development and maintenance of CPAN::Forum, I would be glad to be invited to provide Perl training in your company.
Basically anywhere in the world.
